Lunastrea

Lunastrea's name originated from the latin word for moon, 'luna'. 

There is no legal system in Lunastrea. Most things are handled with general morality basis, meaning if someone wrongs someone else, they can take revenge or get justice themselves. That has made Lunastrea a bit of a safe haven for many criminals. Originally the Five had a small legal system in place, but that was quickly dissolved after the Fall of the Moons.
